It&#8217;s difficult to get here, and there are many legends surrounding this villa. It was built in a godforsaken place in the 1940s by a German named Winter, who had connections with the Nazis. One of the main legends: there is a submarine base under the villa. But rumors say it has been bought by a developer, and a hotel will be built here.
