But obtaining it is extremely difficult, if not impossible, for many. They have no reason to rush; they&#8217;re content with their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s what you need to know about punctuality in Qatar today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you make an appointment with a Qatari, in general, everything will be on time. You can do business with them, and even if they&#8217;re late, they&#8217;ll apologize a thousand times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However, if you&#8217;re talking to a non-Qatari, like a tour guide from India, a taxi driver from Pakistan, or a souvenir or fruit vendor from Iran, it&#8217;s impossible to agree on anything. Did you agree that they would pick you up from the hotel for a tour tomorrow at 9 am? Expect them at 10 am at best.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s important to understand that no one will cheat you or rip you off; they&#8217;re just  don&#8217;t value other people&#8217;s time.
